Policies + Procedures

• All families registered at the iShine Enrichments are required to have a credit or debit card on file.
• Every account is set up for automatic payments to be processed on the 1st of every month. (If you wish to pay by cash/check, these alternate payment forms must be provided before the 1st when tuition is processed. A card on file is still required.)

LATE FEE of $10 will be charged on the 10th of the month if your balance remains unpaid.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

• Annual Registration Fee ($47.50)
• Recital Fees ($55-$125.00) (costumes, recital participation, and any additional pre-orders that you choose to sign up for)

• Register for a class
• Get attire (Please dress your child in athletic gear on class day)
• Trained ISE Teacher will pick up your child from his/her classroom. They will take the class and be brought back to their teacher when finished.

• Dance- Pink Leotard, tights, skirt, pink ballet and Black tap shoes go in dance bag
• Soccer- T-shirt, athletic bottons, and sneakers
• Yoga- T-shirt, athletic bottons
• Ninja-T-shirt, athletic bottons, and sneakers

• We love to showcase our dancers in Holiday Shows and an end of the year performances. We order professional dance costumes to elevate your childs experience and you can keep it as wonderful keep sake.
• Performance fee due one month prier to show date.
• Performance and costume fee ($55.00-$125.00 per show)

• You are responsible for tuition in full until an Official Withdrawal Request has been emailed and replyed to by an ISE team member.
• Withdrawal Request must be emailed to ishineteam@gmail.com by the 15th of the month prior for the withdrawal process to be completed. (ex: Email by May 15th to be withdraw from June classes)
